In 2021, I initiated Screaach at the Beach, an intuitive idea that evolved into a global movement. Participants gathered at sunrise along the coast to—under my guidance—give voice to what was pent up inside. What began as a small initiative was picked up by media outlets such as NOS, Jinek, Trouw, de Volkskrant, NPO, The Guardian, and The New York Times. It went completely viral twice.

I share this story on stage—not as a mere talk, but as an experience. With visuals, humor, emotion, and the power of voice and silence, I demonstrate how expression, creativity, and vulnerability can lead to connection, resilience, and leadership.
