A week of freedom in body and voice

What happens when you combine kickboxing with voice expression? When your body, your breath, and your voice become one instrument?

This is a week to step fully into yourself. To be strengthened in every layer of your being: to feel, to tell your story, to be silent when silence is needed, and to take space when your voice wants to rise. To be fierce and wild, and also small and intimate.

To hold both ends of who you are — and everything in between.

This week is about physical storytelling: feeling your story, stripped of noise and judgment – from yourself and from others. Giving shape to what truly lives inside you.

With kickboxing (led by Nicole) you explore power, boundaries, focus, and playfulness. With voice work (led by Julie) you discover how to use sound, words, and presence to fully step into yourself. Together we move from body to voice, from a punch and a kick into words, from raw energy to clear expression.

This is not an experience that fades when the week is over. It’s a lifelong practice: an anchor you can always return to. You will learn how to embody your story, so you can carry it into your work, your relationships, your choices, and the quiet moments of your life.

• We begin the day with the sea, sunrise, and breath. We end some nights by the fire, with dance, ritual, and the sense of freedom we know from Burning Man.
